"Turnkey" Project

A "turnkey project" means that we build and coordinate the project in line with your decisions.

The plan of your home will be tailored to your image by an architect, a designer or an architecture technician. You will then decide what type of kitchen or bathrooms best meets your needs.

After having obtained the permits, a surveyor will implement your house. Then, the fabrication of the walls and the preparation of the posts and beams are done in a plant. The assembly of the prefab components and the finishing work are performed by specialized carpenters and other contractors whose work is coordinated by us (foundations, septic facilities, electricity, plumbing, landscaping, etc.).

In a nutshell, we coordinate the construction of your home from its conception, to the interior and exterior finishing work.
